Will never recommend this realtor, He has no professionalism. He leaves me in searching for propertys after getting my money. He doesn't respond to any of my querries. He did not process my request in getting the deal done.

Rick was excellent , he answer all my question with no hesitation that show that he was up date an all information, got back to me asp with all the information I needed, I will recommend him to all my friends, the best thing about him that he follow up on me from time to time that shows his eagerness to work with me so I can make the right diction.

Ricardo is professional and personable; he makes you feel comfortable. By having trusting dialogue Ricardo was able to open my eyes to types of investment properties I never considered before. He took the time to hear what I was saying and aggressively searched out potential properties that fit the criteria. Ricardo separates himself from the competition by his customer service - putting your needs first. Ultimately we chose not to invest in the Ricardo's geographic area. I recommend Ricardo.
