Jarid was AMAZING to work with. I have bought and sold over 10 homes in my lifetime, and I can sincerely say that he is the most proactive realtor whom I have every worked with. He does whatever he can do to assist, which is definitely outside the norm. He will provide suggestions for insurance, as well as vendors for the home. I am definitely going to use his services again, if and when I sell the house that I just purchased!
