After firing at a least 3 other agents I met Robb. Robb not only knows the martket but he also listens to what you are looking for regardless of the price. He is always on time courteous and will exceed all of your expectatoins. Additionally, he is patient, a quality that is not present in most agents. Robb is one of my most valued assets in life. Robb scores high marks on all elements a buyer might want in their agent but perhaps what stands out most is his wealth of knowledge of homes, construction, design, neighborhoods, and the logistical stuff of insurance, inspection, mortgages. He is great at finding a good fit for what the buyer is seeking. He is clearly very bright and "gets" things quickly. On top of it all, he's super fun to be with and is great company for what otherwise can be a tough process.
