I have been in real estate since 2015, working closely with both first-time home buyers and experienced buyers. I also have experience assisting military families who relocate from overseas or stateside. To enhance the buying experience, I often record videos of homes so that buyers can view properties they are interested in, even if they need to purchase sight unseen. I take initiative and go the extra mile in my work.

In addition to representing buyers, I also work as a listing agent, assisting sellers. My experience in both areas allows me to think critically as both a buyer’s agent and a seller’s agent, depending on the scenario, which ultimately serves my clients best. This knowledge aids me in employing effective negotiation techniques.

I pride myself on being easy to work with and maintaining professionalism by ensuring clear communication throughout the transaction with all parties involved. I am flexible and make myself available outside of normal work hours, including holidays and weekends.
