Ron was amazing in navigating our unusual buying situation. We lived out of state and Ron went above and beyond to meet us on the limited days we were able to be in town to look at homes, and then went and did video walk throughs on several homes, one of which we purchased. He and his partner were invaluable in all aspects of our purchase. It had been 27 years since we last went through the buying process, and he held our hands throughout whole process.

I was able to turn over what I needed Ron to do and he did it all ... from handling the listing to getting the home prepared. That included selling furniture, having a team clean the house and preparing all the paperwork to be signed, etc. He Also took care of having the utilities shut off which saved me from having to go to each place to get it done. He and Jennifer took incredibly good care of us and the selling of our home.

I absolutely would recommend Ron as a realtor. I actually would call him a real estate asset. I was looking for a specific type of property and Ron more then exceeded my expectations. As anyone knows there are always hiccups when navigating real-estate but Ron is one of those rare gems that handled the stress with grace and kindness. He was absolutely a joy to work with and I would work with him again in a heartbeat.
