I have spent the last 30 years of my life in property management and have always wanted to become a Realtor. I have spent all those years helping people find a place they call home in the rental industry and now am doing the same in the real estate world.

My company, Sweet Magnolia Realty, was born out of wanting to offer the best real estate services possible in beautiful Colorado.

Rosa was faced with an outdated house in a remote area to try and sell. Additionally, one of the two sellers was out of state and somewhat difficult to contact. Rosa navigated all of the issues with great tact and sold the house for top dollar in the middle of the winter. Rosa always kept me informed and was a pleasure to work with.
