I got into Real Estate because I enjoy meeting and working with new people. I was born and raised in the Saint John area; however, I lived in Vancouver for a few years where I attended the University of British Columbia. Returning home, I found that nothing beats the small-town charm. I love this city and truly enjoy helping people find their homes here. I am an avid golfer, enjoy skiing in the winter, and love to travel. I worked in sales for eight years leading up to starting my career in Real Estate, and I enjoy helping people find solutions for their needs. I've had Sam as my realtor as both a buyer and seller a total of 4 times, and he's fantastic. He knows the local market well, is highly skilled at pricing to get sellers top dollar, and is great at pinpointing properties to suit criteria. I had an amazing experience working with Sam while purchasing my home in August 2024. Despite being young, Sam is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced in what he does. From the very beginning, he was patient, responsive, and truly committed to helping me find the right home.
What really stood out to me was his dedication. I had a very tight and challenging schedule, and Sam always did his best to accommodate me. In fact, he even drove two hours on his birthday just to show me a house, knowing how limited my availability was.
