“Tim knew what type of home I needed as a single mom of two. I found homes in multiple different zip codes I was interested in and let time know. We went a looked at all the homes on my list. Tim spent plenty of time at the homes we visited checking the exterior and interior structures for any problems/issues. He let me know right away if a house did not seem like a good fit for me and my kiddos, due to the condition of the house and or the location. Though he also left the decision making up to me. Once I found the house the I wanted, Tim spent so much time making sure the house was up to standard before we even got to closing. We had some issues with the seller which caused a lot of delays, and Tim was doing a lot to get things figured out. He put in so much extra work to get things sorted out for closing.
