The most determining factor is that Santiago was polite and patient. He also was clearly out for our best interests.
Unlike other realtors who we had in the past he had contacts for everything and was there when they were needed, and didn't push when we wanted to go a different way or had someone else.
Santiago was helping us, and didn't push us to use his references unlike agents before.
