I don't even know where to begin besides being lucky enough to be paired up with Sarah on Trulia/Zillow. We were about 5 1/2 hours away throughout the property search and purchase process, which would make anyone nervous about trusting a stranger to prioritize your best interests. Sarah ended up washing away our worries. Her attention to detail while doing video tours of homes and pointing out things that were concerning to us put us at ease that she was the right person for the job. When it came time for submitting an offer, Sarah gave sound advice and was extremely responsive to all of the questions we threw at her. Unfortunately, our Sellers were playing hard at being unfair with repairs, but fortunately Sarah and her team had our backs. Sarah had the tough conversations and advocated on our behalf to fight for fairness. We appreciate all of Sarah and her team's hard work. She is a real down-to-earth person with a realistic perspective. We would recommend Sarah to anyone.

This lady, Ms. Sarah Fuller, is an ambassador. She prides herself on being a Real Estate Professional. But deep down, she is really a diplomat. From our first connection, on, she has only assisted us in the acquisition of our new home. We were in San Diego, she was in Jacksonville, FL, and the seller didn't believe in realtors. Yet 3-hour time differences, and 2500 miles could not slow this woman down. And at the last minute, when I decided to fly-in for the home inspection, Ms. Fuller was literally my indigenous guide; chauffeuring me from the airport, touring me through the home, bought me lunch, and even drove me back to the airport, at the end of her day, on-time. My first real estate agent that I had gave me such a bad experience. When I spoke to Sarah and Sam they reassured me things would be different. These ladies were awesome! Very informative, patient, professional and guided me through the whole process. They answered all my questions and had suggestions for everything. Very happy with my purchase and my experience.
