We contacted a recommended realtor, a local realtor & a name brand company None of these seemed interested in listing the property~! Somehow we ran across Southern Magnolia, She came to the house and drew up a contract with us. Signs went up fast, the listing was out there & boom sold 2 of our 3 lots in no time.
