My name is Scott Foxen and I have 13 years of experience in residential real estate. Throughout my career, I have flipped over 200 homes and been involved in every aspect of purchasing and selling these homes, as well as renovation oversight and design. This experience has translated to a strong understanding of design trends and understanding what buyers want.
I've accrued important skills for my clients such as developing "As-is" versus fixed up cost analysis to help my clients determine, financially, if selling "as-is" is more appropriate than investing money into light to heavy renovation. With vast experience in different aspects of real estate I have become skilled at home pricing, negotiating, market positioning, and sales strategies to ensure the best sales price is achieved.
