“This is our first experience selling this type of property, so we dont have much to compare it to, also, we really dont know what Pamela did in office to push our property. For example, if she showed our property and the person was hesitant because for a reason, ie not good lighting , too big, we dont know if pamela followed up with a phone call to person or other broker to help navigate a sale. There was never an open house, only help she had was on multiple listing. As far as we know never a caravan showing with local realtors. All in all Pamela did swell. Like I said at her desk she might have been pushing the sale beyond expectations. When I went in to chat about activity or lack of on the sale, I decided to lower price 1000, she did point out that it would bring house back up on listing. Never did she suggest that I should go more or less on price, like I have stated, this is probably the norm to let seller decide without suggestion.”

The typical home value in Kingsburg is projected to be $521,130 for the month of November. October’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $526,000—down 2.5% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $425,000 in Fresno County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $418,500 in November.

Kingsburg had 19 new listings and 15 listings that went under contract in October, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 26—up 23.81% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in November.

Of those 26 active listings, 34.62% reduced their price in the month of October. The median listing price for homes in Kingsburg grew 16.69% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $525,000. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to grow.

The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract fell year-over-year. In October 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 40 days, compared to 58 days in October 2024. In recent months the median number of days from listed to pending appears to be decreasing. That trend is predicted to have carried through to this November.
