Scott Phebus is the Realtor you want on your real estate team. His ability to seek out and find exactly what you need, or didn't even know you needed, is incredible. Scott's greatest advantage is his City of Fort Collins policing background and surrounding neighborhood experience. The fact that Scott knows northern colorado in and out was a tremendous asset for us, being so new to the area. In all honesty, he truly did find us the perfect house. We live in old town Windsor, in a quiet, quaint neighborhood. We have two small children and are within walking distance from the park, library, the old town strip and not too far from the boardwalk. It's everything we asked for and then some. Scott respected our price range, and stuck with us for over a year and a half to find our home. I will continue to refer Scott to everyone shopping for a home, and will use him for all of our future purchases. Scott has become more than just a Realtor, but a true friend.
