This process is exciting, but also stressful. When we went to sign for our home Shane was there every step of the way. As we bought the home tenants were scheduled to move out after the signing. Shane was available for questioning, and offered to helped create a plan even after we purchased the home! Luckily it didn’t come down to needing a plan, but knowing Shane had his own investment properties and was there for guidance made us feel so much more at ease purchasing this home!
