I am so impressed with Shane. I had 2 houses to sell once they were repaired. I finished the first one in 2020 and he sold it for a very good price. He handled all the details - no stress with paperwork. The second one was finished by Dec. 1st. I wanted to sell it before the end of the year. I was told by everyone that was impossible. Shane said it would be difficult but he would try. He not only sold it by the end of the year, we closed before the Christmas holiday. Wow!
