Shane Willard was always available for questions and was very quick to get back to us with satisfactory answers. The people he suggested for contractor/inspections were very nice and seemed to work well with him. I also loved the lender he set us up with! My experience went very smooth and we actually closed early as all parties were working very hard (including weekends) to ensure all items needed to close were taken care of without adding a lot of stress to me (the buyer)! We can't imagine a better realtor than Shane Willard. We had six offers on our home, and it sold in less than a week for more than the list price. Shane's expertise was vital in helping us know what we needed to do (or not do) to our property before listing it for sale. We actually had to do very little, which saved us money.
