Shane's expertise was vital in helping us know what we needed to do (or not do) to our property before listing it for sale. We actually had to do very little, which saved us money. I would recommend Shane Willard to anyone trying to sell their house. He will take good care of you while getting your house sold asap. He was very professional and easy to get in contact with when I had questions. With my wife and me being out-of-state the responsibility of all actions fell upon Shane's shoulders. He did quite admirably. If my daughter ever decides to sell her house I will recommend that she let Shane Willard represent her and her interests. And, when it comes to my baby girl, I am very selective and protective.
