I have had the opportunity to work Shannon twice now. She helped me find our home in GA when I PCSed to the area and then helped me sell the same home when it was time to go to my next duty installation.

Based on the market at the time of sale and the fact we had only had the home for a couple of years I was skeptical we would make any money off the sale. But Shannon proved me wrong! We currently live in NY and did a long distance home search/purchase with Shannon.
