Hinesville had 81 new listings and 48 listings that went under contract in October, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 243—up 13.02% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in November.
Of those 243 active listings, 22.22% reduced their price in the month of October. The median listing price for homes in Hinesville fell 10.46% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $235,000. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to fall.
