Sharon helped us with the difficult process of finding a house in a short period of time. We came from Alaska for a 14-day house-hunting trip. The realtor we had been referred to didn't work out for us (wasn't showing the necessary urgency). We took a chance and called Sharon, who was the listing agent on a house we wanted to see. When we discussed our situation and urgency Sharon stepped up and spent the next 5 days hauling us around the area looking at everything available in our price range. We finally decided on a place, after our 3rd look. Sharon helped with everything. We returned to AK, with an accepted offer. She took care of all the details and was professional and caring, helping to set aside our worries. Our deal was further complicated when the appraisal became an issue. She worked hard to negotiate our deal, and without her efforts, we would not have gotten our desired home!
