ShaTerra Leonard

ShaTerra was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. She is engaged and will be getting married in August 2023. Between her daughter, her fiancé’s three children, and their pit bull rescue, there is never a dull moment in ShaTerra’s household.

Prior to changing careers to real estate, she was an operations manager for FedEx for nine years. She decided to switch career paths because she has always loved looking at homes and has dreamed of one day building and designing homes herself.

Some of ShaTerra’s hobbies include hiking, cooking, watching football, attending her daughter’s gymnastics events, teaching high school cheerleading, and dancing. Alongside her career in real estate and her hobbies, ShaTerra is very active in her community, volunteering at a local sober living house and participating in school events.
