Seth and his team are true diamonds in the rough. This is my second time using Seth and his team to help me sell a home. The team made the process easy and predictable. I appreciated the direct communication and collaboration in working towards my goals in selling my home. The team is friendly and helpful, for whatever pops up with the selling/buying process. WOW! What can I say?

I live out of state and due to legislative changes in Denver, I needed to sell a home of mine. Having never sold a property before, I was nervous. I found Seth on YouTube and reached out online.

Seth came by to look at the property and let me know how his team works. He explained we would be a great fit and WOW WAS HE RIGHT!

We got that bad hail storm about 10days before my house was put on the market. I was crazy scared when I found out that I had to file a claim but Seth assured me that he had all the people to get the repairs done and my Insurance (USAA) taken care of.

He and his team made it all happen & two days after listing, we had an offer $10K over asking price!

We have now closed and transactions are done and I cannot overstate how much Seth and his Team have accomplished with me being on the East Coast.

I hope he does more YouTube Videos to get the word out but for now... I will say this... If you are not sure who to go with in regards to selling or buying a (or your) home... I RECOMMEND SETH AND HIS TEAM 100%!!!

Tanerra was very helpful in coordinating the sale of our home. She helped setup the paperwork for both sides as we sold our home to good friend. She also took the time late on a Saturday night to help send some paperwork that we needed for an offer on another home that we purchased out of state.
