Shaunta was truly exceptional. I met her through a referral from my friend. I was impressed with her level of knowledge, strategic mindset, good energy and the amount of data she had about the market. When they were certain verbiage documents, Shaunta was patient and worked through some tough situations with out breaking a sweat. Also, through out my home buying process, Shaunta was incredibly communicative. She promptly answered calls and emails, keeping me informed about every development. Her ability to clearly explain complex contract details was particular helpful.

Shaunta was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable of the Rental process. This was my first time working with Shaunta and I was extremely impressed. My rental was leased shortly after making a call; I didn't have time to put a sign in the yard. I still pass by rentals on the same street that has For Rent signs in the yard. Shaunta constantly followed up with me on the status of the rental. It has been truly a great experience working with Shaunta!!
