Mansfield had 95 new listings and 112 listings that went under contract in October, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 382—down 12.39% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in November.
Of those 382 active listings, 47.12% reduced their price in the month of October. The median listing price for homes in Mansfield fell 1.46% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $514,630. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to fall.
