Shay Hernandez

Shay is a 1st generation Latina. She has been living in Kansas City for 4 years and has loved every bit of it! Kansas City to her, is very welcoming, the people and atmosphere is somewhere that is unmatched.

Shay first joined real estate in 2019 as a transaction coordinator and worked hand in hand with one of Kansas City’s top individual realtors. She enjoyed the paperwork and working at the back end, but wanted to grow deeper into the passion and became a realtor. Shay has 5 years of experience helping people buy and sell homes all over the Kansas City Metro, as well as part of Lawrence. She has been a part of the Latino Community and has helped guide numerous immigrants (Latin and not Latin) to accomplish their American dream in purchasing a home.

With Shay's passion, experience, knowledge, grit, integrity and wonderful team, she will take what seems like a stressful situation into a smooth and educational experience. She is happy to help & welcome all! :)
