My husband and I just moved from CA to KS and we are so thankful we found Shelee through Dave Ramsay’s website. She’s friendly, kind, knowledgeable and thorough. Buying a house out of state is tricky but she made it work! From sending me listings to responding to my texts and phone calls , and then dedicating a whole day to look at a million houses in one day when we flew to KS for the weekend, she really went above and beyond! She even helped hold our 20 month old daughter when she fell asleep while we looked at houses. When we finally made an offer on our new home, she continued to communicate with us throughout the process. When we made our long drive from CA, she met us when at our new home at night to give us our keys. Even now she still has helped us point us to the right people/companies to take care some of our problems in our new home. Shelee was our realtor when we sold our former home and purchased our current one. She asked many, many questions and offered great advice. When she listed our former home for sale, she kept us up-to-date on the showings, comments, etc. She went through and explained every document before we signed anything. She worked tirelessly on both homes and was always available at a moment's notice to go look at a new listing or answer questions.

Shelee kept in touch with us on a regular basis throughout the whole process of selling and buying and went above and beyond our expectations. She is extremely knowledgeable about real estate and all local issues. We always felt we weren't just "clients" but rather friends and that she was definitely working in our best behalf. She has also kept in touch with us since we moved into our home and occasionally stops in to say hi when she's in the neighborhood . . . always with a smile on her face.
