We're a dual military family that was relocating from overseas. You can image the stress of buying a home without visiting it in person. Shelly was there to help alleviate some of the stress related to relocating and purchasing a home. She was very patient with us while we bombarded her with a list of homes we wanted to view. Once we finally found a home, she advised us on how to submit an enticing offer to the sellers. When that was done and our offer was accepted, she work diligently to get all the paperwork squared away. Normally after this process you never hear from your agent again, but this was quite the opposite with Shelly. She stayed in touch and went the extra mile to make sure everything for the home was setup (utilities, etc...). Since it took about 2 months before we moved into the house, she made sure to keep in contact with us while maintaining our yard out of her own pocket. This was unreal for us a buyers to see an agent go so far to take care of her clients.
