We found Sibia's contact online and based on her reviews, decided to work with her as our buyer's agent. We signed a new construction and my initial thoughts were that everything should be taken care of by the builder and there might not be much for Sibia to jump in and help out. And boy we were wrong! We were out of state throughout the construction and Sibia did a phenomenal job of following up regularly with the sales agent. She have us multiple video tours, worked with the sales agent on any follow ups that were needed.

During the time of closing, we had delays due to the builder. Sibia was of excellent help throughout this time. She's very patient, followed up with the construction manager, went to the town for temporary permits, kept sending us updates and photos of the house regularly. I don't think we could have navigated through the construction/closing delays without her, being out of state. Clearly went above and beyond with her role and really pushed for not delaying the closing date anymore.

I would totally recommend her given her excellent work ethic and the going above and beyond attitude!! We're very glad and lucky to have found her.
