I found So Yong Yu by complete accident. I had already spoken to a few realtors, but she made me feel comfortable and confident in her abilities. I am glad that I found her and she did an amazing job throughout the entire process. She was transparent and communicated with me frequently. I had a very positive experience with her even with a few minor hiccups. She consistently demonstrated professionalism and also patience. Her attitude is great and she knows a lot about the area. I think her reputation is only goign to grow stronger and I would recommend her to a friend. I can say, she made the process easier on me and my family and she listened to what was important to me. Having her sell my home was the best thing. She's defintely went the extra mile for me and I trusted her. Overall a very good experience and I don't think it would have went so well with anyone else. I appreciate everything she did for us from start to finish.

I'm a first time home buyer, I was moving from out of state and needed a quick sale. So Yong set up probably 10 homes to view and the one I liked turned out the owner wanted the same. She negotiated keeping the fridge on my behalf and even set me up with a thorough inspector for my home inspection. She was extremely professional and available during the process.
