I can't speak highly enough about So Yong. Her professionalism, drive, kindness and skill is so appreciative when dealing with such an important decision. I appreciate the patience she took with me and made my focus her focus. I never felt forgotten although in real estate agents are always busy. I was always kept in the loop. She was awesome, very helpful and knowledgeable . Always helped with all the questions I had and if she wasn't sure, she knew where to find those answers and got back to me asap. She was always easy to get a hold of, the communication was fast.

She was so much helpful and help me go through the process with ease even though was complicated at the end.

So Yong was incredibly communicative and on top of things from the day she was referred to us by our original mortgage lender. She even stuck with us when we switched lenders. She remembered every critical detail about what we were looking for, even though we were very specific in some things. We could only be in Texas to look at houses for one weekend, and she lined up 18 houses for us to see in one day. When those didn't pan out, she was able to schedule another four showings for us with less than a day's notice. We are so grateful to So Yong for helping us through this incredibly arduous process with a smile and a snack bag at every step.

So Yong Yu is responsive, knowledgable professional, and ethical. Just the things you want in a real estate agent.

Further, she was instrumental in connecting me with appropriate area contractors to improve the property's resale value, and completely understood the idea of "spending money to make money" as opposed to making improvements that would (of course) increase the sales price without necessarily improving the net amount of dollars put into the bank after expenses.

To her considerable credit, she willingly accepted my request for exclusive seller's representation, even though she had a couple of home-seekers in mind and thus had to share a potential commission with another agent from the same brokerage.

I will not hesitate to use her again for any future real estate transactions in the Killeen/Harker Heights area. I just wish she was available in the Austin area...
