Marisol is by far THE BEST REALTOR. She noticed I was looking to purchase a home and knew it was my first time and after hearing a few horror stories of 2 other realtors I tried working with she jumped right in offering all her expertise. Her guide to buying a home was extremely informative. Sol’s level of communication and attention to detail is impeccable. She took her time to understand everything we wanted and went over and beyond to guarantee we got it.

Buying a home can be stressful, but our realtor made the entire experience smooth, exciting, and honestly enjoyable from start to finish. She was professional, knowledgeable about the Colorado Springs market, and incredibly attentive to every detail. She was always available to answer questions, explain the process, and make sure we felt confident every step of the way.

What stood out the most was how genuinely she cared about helping us find the right home — not just making a sale. She went above and beyond during negotiations, inspections, and closing, and we truly felt like she had our best interests in mind the entire time.

In 2022 I had a mid-life crisis of sorts and decided out of nowhere that my husband and I needed to sell our home and buy a bigger home for our growing family. I’ve known Sol for a while and it was a no brainer. My first call was to Sol and she supported me from the very first step. I’m not an easy client to deal with. I worry about everything, every step of the way, but Sol took me under her wi g and kept me in the loop at all times. She answered questions before I had a chance to ask them. She anticipated my needs and walked me through every potential setback (which is not easy to do with me). The most amazing part was how well she handled both our sale and our purchase seamlessly, making sure the contracts and timing were all just right so we wouldn’t be in between homes for too long. Negotiating a purchase with a sale as a contingency can be daunting but she handled everything like it was second nature. Sol is our realtor for life. Sol Martin is hands down one of the absolute best real estate agents I have ever met. And I've met a ton of agents. You know why? Because I used to be one myself but deactivated my license earlier this year. And Sol is in a league far beyond what I ever was capable of.

My wife and I used Sol as our agent to sell our home as well as to purchase a new one and she was incredible throughout the entire process. She sent us boxes, she sent us cleaners, she sent us packers to pack the boxes she sent us! Her staging of our home was beautiful, as was the exterior of the home after she had her husband even fix our fence and help patch up some spots that needed painted!

Sol was a great negotiator as well and got us a very competitive price on our home and it went under contract just over a week after listing it. She also did a great job negotiating our purchase and got us seller concessions we desperately needed to buy the house with. Her patience was absolutely unbelievable, especially because I was high strung, stressed out, and needy and probably not the easiest client to work with.

Poor Sol even unfortunately ended up in the hospital the week before our closings and had emergency surgery and yet she still kept us updated on the final steps and communicated with the agents on the other side of our deals. If she can do what she did for us from a hospital bed, imagine what she can do for anyone else now that she's getting back to full health!

I'm honestly quite glad I'm not a real estate agent anymore. With someone like Sol in the Colorado Springs area to compete with, I wouldn't have stood a chance, and I'm not even upset about that haha. I'll be sending any and everyone I can to her for their own home sales/purchases, to include any former clients of my own that I can no longer serve as I'm not an agent anymore.
