Dear Sonia L. Felix,
Thank you for helping my mom and sister buy there first house. You walked them through every step by letting them know any and every possible situation that could happen and what the back up plan was going to be for the situation. You really helped them a lot by going out on your own time to look at houses for them to see if it was worth there time so they didn't have to take the babies out as much. Witch was great because it helped the process be stress free. You also helped her get a lender that was willing to help her being that she only had one year of work experience while other lenders said no. Also for helping her get her credit up to be able to qualify for the house they wanted. You even helped them after closing in two different incidence's with water leaks and took care of all the fees.
