Prior to real estate I was a full time licensed nail technician for 20+ years with multiple certifications in eyebrow waxing, make up and eyelash extension in the beauty industry. In those years, I owned a nail salon in North Carolina and later relocated to Florida. Worked as a key holder for an international nail salon owner in Boca Raton. I’m so glad we were recommended to Sonya by our Colorado realtor in search of a Florida home! It takes a special realtor when you entrust them to be your eyes and nose (especially during a pandemic) when doing home video tours with us being close to 2000 miles away! Sonya is that special real estate agent you need for your home search! If the house had bad smells (due to family respiratory issues) or felt wet pipes she pointed them out. She knew what our needs were and despite how challenging the market has been trying to find one close to Disney, no HOA, and always hopping from home to home as soon as a new listing surfaced, she found us a home! And if you can believe this, she started working with us in late April and by end of May, our forever home closed! That’s how efficient and professional her services have been with us! Oh my. Where should I begin? I honestly wouldn't be a home owner today if it wasn't for Sonya. No lie, she allowed me to vent, rant, express frustrations all the while she remain calm, professional, and focused on the job at hand.
