I was looking for a winter home in Florida but did not know how to start the process. I knew that I was looking for a 55+ community that was upscale.

I saw an add on the Internet with Stephanie's Kaufman's phone number and that she was a specialist in handling this type of community. I called her and it was very clear that she knew the market and had an extensive background with properties in the area. She mentioned a few things that were important when considering a property to buy. From that phone call, I was very confident that Stephanie was the right broker for us. And I was right!!!

Everything about the sale went very smoothly. Stephanie was with us throughout the process and immediately answered any questions that we had. She physically was present at important inspections and meetings.

I highly recommend Stephanie Kaufman to any potential buyers, whether it is a 55+ community, a beach condo, a country club or any other type of property in the area. She's great!
