I was very nervous to move forward with the sale of my kids' childhood home and the purchasing of a new home for myself. Stephanie was very understanding and took my emotions into consideration. She answered all my questions (there were a lot!) and gave me extra information when needed. When we ran into a few hiccups she had a solution lined up for me and ready to implement the second I made a decision. I loved that she made my closing date special and followed up with me after to make sure I was getting settled in. I never felt pressured and her confidence in me and her abilities made the process go smoothly.

It was great to work with Stephanie. This was my first time purchasing a house and appreciate how proactive she was at each stage of the process. From the initial start of looking at properties, she would give insight to the neighborhood, school district, taxes, etc. I was moving out of state so having that type of insight while looking at houses was a great help in choosing the right property. The mortgage lender I choose was the biggest restraint out of the process but Stephanie was very professional and I fully believe if it wasn’t for her multiple interactions with the mortgage lender to escalate our contingencies, we wouldn’t have been able to finalize the loan and ultimately would have lost the house. Luckily we were able to get the house and couldn’t be happier.

Stephanie helped me sell my home and find a new home for my husband and I. She went beyond her duties as an agent to help us sell our home and get the best price for us. She even helped us to setup two large garage sales, since we were downsizing to a smaller condo.
