We have known Steve, Lynn and Kaitlyn Putman for fifteen years. They have helped us sell two homes and purchase another. We were in escrow within four days with multiple offers over asking price which was the icing on the cake. The Putman team did a great job with helping us get the house ready. They marketed it well and then went the extra mile when we left town by coming in to get the home ready for a showing when needed. I was always able to get a response from Steve or Lynn as soon as I texted them with a concern. If they needed to do research and get back to me then that’s what happened. But I never worried that they were not on top of things. Home sale is usually fraught with emotions so we are so happy we went with them. Between Steve, Lynn, and Kaitlyn we were always covered.

We just completed purchasing a new home with Lynn and Steve as well as listing and selling our other home.
