Steve and Lynn were so patient and great with us as we sought a home in El Dorado Hills. They understood exactly what we wanted and were always prompt in returning phone calls, texts, and emails. They were great about meeting us at homes any time. Our schedules are crazy, but they were very accommodating. We eventually found the place, and we're so happy! Lynn and Steve helped us on two transactions, selling one house and later buying another. Our selling situation was complicated due to an issue with the house, and Lynn and Steve worked with us to brainstorm ways to ethically and legally disclose and still sell. They staged the house nicely and commissioned a wonderful photographer who made the house look five times larger. We were impressed with their sweet nature and professional, hard-working personalities. When it came time to buy, they stuck with us through many, many walk-throughs and a handful of bids, and sat calmly for a few hours at one house while we vacillated over leaving escrow on one house (we did).
