I met Stephen through a good friend of mine. With Stephen's help, I was able to sell my house within the time frame that I expected in this buyers's market condition. I was out-of- country when I sold my house. Stephen had helped me to care for every expect in regards to reconditioning the house before it went on the market to negotiating the best possible price from the buyers. I was very worry-free when I gave him the keys to my house, he basically informed me about ecerything of my house when something needed to be done before presenting to the seller. I was very fortunate to have him to sell my house. I would recommend to anyone to have Stephen to be an agent when sell or buy houses. Stephen is also an excellent negotiator, he would try anything to bring the best piece for his clients without asking for more in return.

Mr. Stephen Tart is a professional. I was very satisfied at his endurance and patience in helping me find the perfect home, even when I didn't know what type of home I wanted. He stuck with me as I narrowed my options down. As a first time home buyer, I really appreciated that guidance and understanding. I'll recommend him to others I know needing assistance in finding their perfect home as well.

Stephen did a great job. He was patient with us looking at a BUNCH of properties we didn't like until we found the condo we loved and ended up purchasing. He seemed very on top of things during the whole escrow process.
