Whittier had 27 new listings and 35 listings that went under contract in November, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 82—down 25.45% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in December.
Of those 82 active listings, 19.51% reduced their price in the month of November. The median listing price for homes in Whittier fell 8.12% from October to November, bringing the current median listing price to $815,000. Based on projected data for December, listing prices may continue to fall.

In November 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 64 days, compared to 82 days in November 2024.
