Susan is amazing! The process could have been really stressful since I was trying to sell a house while living in another state, but she took all the stress out of it. She took care of everything and weathered the ups and downs of the home selling process for me. I can't say enough good things about Susan. She is an amazing realtor and really cares about her clients and being there for them. She is responsive and always on top of things. You never have to wonder if something's getting done because she's already on it. I am so grateful I had her as my realtor and highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

Selling our condominium was a long and difficult process, since COVID hit soon after the property went on the market, and there were many units in the same complex for sale. Since I was out of state, Susan had to handle everything. She successfully navigated us through multiple offers, negotiating on our behalf, handled all the troubleshooting and repairs that needed handling, and stayed on the sale until it was done.
