As we were moving into the area and not knowing anyone, We googled real estate agents. David's name came up and we gave him a call. Boy, were we glad we did! We chatted by phone with him for several weeks before we came down. When we finally made it down here, he took us for a tour of all the neighborhoods. We finally settled on a neighborhood and a home. Because we had to leave, he did a video chat with us and showed us the house. David did a great job and was the consummate professional guiding us through every step. I highly recommend him!
