Suzanne Boyd

Suzanne Boyd was our realtor for the sale of our home in Willow Street, Pennsylvania. We had previously used Suzanne when we purchased the same property, and we were so happy with her that we wanted to work with her again. She pays so much attention to every aspect of the home buying/selling process. She has a keen sense of how to prepare a home to make it attractive to buyers. She hired a photographer whose pictures of our home were so amazing that I believe it was key in getting so much traffic to our home on our first open house weekend (in fact, we got two offers right away). Suzanne knew the market and was confident on listing the home for a price that was a little higher than I felt was appropriate for the market, but she was absolutely right; the home fetched $13k more than the listing price that Suzanne suggested. She regularly kept me informed of every update, and her advice was invaluable. In short, Suzanne went above and beyond all I could have expected from a realtor, and I couldn't recommend her more highly.

She answered all of our questions know matter how dumb they were she would get back to us right away she's really good at her job and knows what. She's doing I really liked that about her kept us informed everything going on with the sale of our house yes we would recommend her highly no doubt about it
