Tangy is by far THE BEST realtor in Brevard county. Not only was she professional towards us, she was also quick to schedule house viewings for us. She was very flexible with our schedule, which definitely made it convenient for us. She really paid attention to what we wanted in a house and how much we were willing to pay. We started looking for a house in the beginning of the month and it took Tangy about a week or two before she found the perfect house we call home now. To close on our home, with a VA loan, took up the remaining month and it was not stressful at all. She has an amazing mortgage company, she works with that made it easy and painless. My family hoped to buy a home within 2-3 months after moving to Florida from Indiana. Tangy made this dream come true! She was readily available if we had a home in mind to look at.
