I have 7 years of experience in real estate. I grew up as an Army dependent and became a resident of Colorado Springs when my father retired from Fort Carson, where I have lived for well over 20 years. I attended high school here and raised my son in this community as well; he is currently serving in the Air Force. I have grown and learned so much, both professionally and personally, over time. I love what I do—helping others navigate their real estate goals and educating them before, during, and after the process. Tania was very responsive and showed me so many houses even with a time difference. Her and her team went into detail on smells and showed close ups when asked to help make the buying experience easier via Webcam. They also work with homes for heros which is a wonderful program for all soldiers and local departments like police/ firemen.

Tania is a real estate agent who can be trusted with your home-buying and home-selling needs.
