Thanks to Tara we made wise choices like updating the light fixtures without wasting money on something like a whole new floor. Furthermore, Tara is very transparent. We got an inspection report ourselves first so that we would know the condition of the house, could share it with potential buyers, and take care of what needed to be taken care of. She also asked us to list improvements we had made and the cost. I thought that was very fair and helped people to understand our price point. She also did a thorough job of researching the comps ahead of time, explaining both why our house might be more valuable than the comp or less valuable, etc. Our house sold before we even put it on the MLS, and over asking. It was about as low stress as you can get and again I really appreciated the transparency.

Staging, photos, etc. went really smoothly and their timeline was excellent. It did take us around 2.5 months for an offer, but there was a lot of competition in our neighborhood with similar condos and townhouses on the market. I researched the Texas Association of Realtors website looking for a realtor to handle an estate sale. After reading reviews of Tara McGuire, I was very impressed. I contacted her and learned her first house sale was in the neighborhood where my parent's home was located. Tara has a fantastic team in place to assist her with the listings. She met with me at the house and waited patiently until I was provided the necessary paperwork to list the house. During this whole time, she kept in touch, kept me updated on the housing market, and was very supportive. Tara is a wonderful realtor. I had a historic multi-family Clarksville home in downtown Austin. I had a bad first experience with another realtor and agency. I contacted Bramlett Realtors after terminating that contract and reached Tara. I explained to her that the property I was wanting to sell was a historic one of a kind downtown property. Although the property had an amazing location and a lot of historic charm and some beautiful artistic upgrades, it was going to be hard to sell. It was a complicated one of a kind property, that required more attention then other sales. Tara did a great job.
