Thanks to Tara we made wise choices like updating the light fixtures without wasting money on something like a whole new floor. Furthermore, Tara is very transparent. We got an inspection report ourselves first so that we would know the condition of the house, could share it with potential buyers, and take care of what needed to be taken care of. She also asked us to list improvements we had made and the cost. I thought that was very fair and helped people to understand our price point. She also did a thorough job of researching the comps ahead of time, explaining both why our house might be more valuable than the comp or less valuable, etc. Our house sold before we even put it on the MLS, and over asking. It was about as low stress as you can get and again I really appreciated the transparency.
