The Cain Team was wonderful to work with. They helped us find our first two investment properties. Secured one deal due to good relationships with other real estate professionals, helped us work through some major structural issues with another home and there wasn’t one obstacle they weren’t able to help us over come. Before we met Kodikay and Ricky, we truly did not feel like we could buy a home in the Sunset Valley area. So my wife and I decided we would build a new home in Dripping Springs.

We approached Ricky and Kodikay and asked them to help with the transaction on the new home build. But, instead of just helping us execute the contract and collect a commission, they began to ask us questions. Truly trying to understand where we wanted to be and why. We let them know we wanted to be in Sunset Valley, and they assured us we COULD be.
