I highly recommend Brendan and his team. I am so grateful to them. This was an emotional experience for me since I was selling my late father’s home and had absolutely no idea what I was doing. Brendan was recommended to me as a top realtor in Austin and I can definitely attest to that.

Brendan and his team are as good as they come for a first time home buying experience and I will be using them again when we purchase our next home in the future.

My fiancé and I were first time home buyers, so we had a lot of things that we had to either learn or go through for the first time and it could have been a very overwhelming and stressful experience...however Brendan and his team made this whole process extremely smooth and as stress free as possible.

We had a tight turnaround time due to my fiancé being on a resident's schedule, and yet Brendan and his team gave us all of the attention and time necessary to make the right decision when it came to purchasing a house.

I cannot give enough praise to Brendan and his team for how much help they were. They were responsive, engaged, detail oriented, patient, and kind above all else. They made this first time home buying experience a true breeze and I would recommend them to any first time home buyer!
