Taylor did an outstanding job with the help of selling our beloved home. He was always willing to do open houses, was present for home inspection and went out of his way to be available for phone calls that were late at night or early morning. He takes a lot of pride in what he does. He is very knowledgeable in real estate matters, and if he didn't know the answer he would find out quickly. I've personally had the worst experiences with realtors, mainly not feeling like they had my best interest at heart, that wasn't any issue with Taylor I trusted him whole heartily. I highly recommend him.

I worked with a Realtor for about 9 months and it was difficult all the way through. I wont get into the details. I decided to switch Realtors and see if that would make a difference. Taylor was a breath of fresh air in the process. He is a Veteran and his military dedication and work ethic shown through. He is very knowledgable about the area and about the markets and was open to sharing everything in an honest way. I think what sums it up well is that Taylor found me a home within 1 week of looking and for under my range that I had told him. He made the process low pressure and so easy. I would recommend Taylor and I will certainly be using him for my next home purchase when I probably look to upgrade in about 5 years or so. You can't go wrong with Taylor.

Taylor worked very hard to try to find me the perfect home! He is incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He drove me around a few areas in northern Colorado and showed me quite a few homes. Two of them seemed promising and I asked for inspections. Sadly, Taylor and I agreed that neither of those homes would be a good investment for me. Even sadder was the fact that I realized I needed to be closer to my family than the areas I had had my eye on. That meant I could no longer work with Taylor because he wasn't licensed in Wyoming.

Taylor is everything I would choose for a realtor. He is honest! He is a hard worker and will answer questions almost any hour of the day or night. No matter where I wanted to go to see a house, Taylor was there to meet me! He never asked someone else to help him out when his schedule was busy. I was his client and he takes his job very seriously! I would highly recommend him as a realtor!
