Teresa is very easy to work with, and quickly understood what we were wanting from the sale. Her style and approach makes you feel very comfortable, building trust.

Teresa is familiar with the area, and helped us determine a fair price for the house by identifying the appropriate comparisons.
She was very available, and excellent in facilitating open house visits, and also home inspections. She has local recommendations and contacts that can be used if needed to help with any issues.

The paperwork could have been difficult since there were multiple parties as the Seller, but it was easy with electronic review/approval system.
