My name is Terry Bailey, I have been exposed to real estate for as long as I can remember. At the age of 12, I was able to shadow handymen for my dad’s rental properties. It sparked an interest which led me to managing over 50 properties when I was 18 years old.

Real Estate is my passion! I have been helping buyers, sellers, and investors for the past 3 years. I have a keen knowledge of how the market works, and I love passing that knowledge to my clients as we find the perfect house for their needs.

In my first full year of being an agent, I closed 47 transactions and have grown to be in the top 1% of agents in Utah. This experience has helped me hone in on the most important aspect of the real estate transaction; which are relationships, negotiation, and knowing multiple ways of creatively getting to the settlement table.

I have chosen to specialize in Utah county because I have lived here most of my life, I know it very well, and I see the high growth potential here.
